I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (from a background of Psychiatric Social Work) with over thirty years experience in Private Practice, the NHS, Voluntary and Statutory Services and over twenty years experience as a Supervisor, Trainer and Lecturer in Psychodynamic Counselling.
I offer a range of services from brief focal work, short-term counselling to longer-term intensive psychotherapy. I am experienced with family therapy, couples therapy and individual work with children, adolescents and adults, with a wide range of problems, including mental health issues. I also have a Diploma in Supervision and offer supervision to a wide range of professionals.
I have four adult children and four grandchildren. I have a private practice in Swansea in the Mumbles area. My personal interests are painting, writing, sewing and craft work, yoga, walking, DIY and gardening.
